Yoga is a middle way of joining the soul with the body, which purifies the soul. The meaning of yoga is a huge group of infinite groups. The practice of yoga is more than five thousand years old. The infinite depths are included in yoga. Yoga is a health and beneficial aspect of human life. All kinds of body movements are associated with yoga. In simple words, yoga is the protective shield of man, which protects him from many diseases. And the mind awakens consciousness. Eliminates laziness in the form of gain, fascination, fatigue, laziness, and stress. Therefore, it can be said that yoga is the path to fulfillment.
